        Sarah Lang Reinhart Sarah Lang Reinhart

        Sarah is a skilled real estate attorney with over 15 years of experience with commercial real estate transactions of all types, with an emphasis on financings, title, and leasing.

        She represents financial institutions, healthcare providers, developers, and other businesses in a wide range of real estate and finance matters.

        Sarah works closely with banks, credit unions, and borrowers of all sizes to negotiate and document a variety of lending transactions, including construction loans, bridge loans, term loans, revolving lines of credit, and other secured loan facilities. She focuses on efficiently and effectively closing their commercial loan transactions.

        Sarah also has years of experience representing state and regional clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate (including mobile home parks and self-storage facilities) and leasing transactions. That experience also includes representing municipalities in connection with various real estate matters, including redevelopments and real estate components of federal grants and loans.
