Susan Swenson is a litigation paralegal who brings more than 18 years of legal experience to the firm. Her practice is primarily in the area of product liability litigation.
As a member of the litigation and trial team, Susan works closely with attorneys and clients to develop strategies and defenses for each individual case. She coordinates and assists in all stages of litigation including fact investigation, research and writing, fact and expert witness discovery, depositions, document management, analysis of testimony, and trial preparation. She routinely accompanies trial attorneys to court and assists in the presentation of evidence in the courtroom. Susan’s responsibilities relate to cases pending throughout the United States on behalf of several national and self-insured clients.
Susan has experience in state and federal courts in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
Susan currently resides with her family in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
