- Represented Massachusetts Turnpike Authority in suit brought by frustrated bidder that had sought a contract for the design, installation and maintenance of the cellular telephone system for the I-90/I-93 Tunnel.
- Represented a city housing authority in the litigation and appeal of claims arising from environmental contamination of a housing project during demolition phase of a major renovation.
