Verrill Partner Andrew Nevas was quoted in a Law360 article regarding a complete defense victory in a complex construction contract dispute involving $1.7 million in claims.

The case centered on allegations that Hudson Meridian Construction Group breached agreements related to wood framing materials and labor for a New Haven housing project. After a bench trial, the court ruled that the letters of intent at issue were not enforceable contracts, dismissing all claims against Hudson Meridian.
