Anya F. Endsley Accepted into the New England Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel
(December 28, 2021) – Anya F. Endsley, a Partner at Verrill, has been accepted into the inaugural class of the New England Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
Endsley focuses her practice in all aspects of estate planning, probate administration and trust administration, and counsels clients on tax planning, charitable giving and sophisticated wealth transfer strategies. She also is skilled at planning for shared family real estate and business succession planning. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin, magna cum laude, and her law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City, cum laude.
The New England Fellows Institute was created by ACTEC Fellows to develop the profession’s future leaders in trust and estate law through a series of in-depth educational presentations led by outstanding subject matter experts in each field from across the U.S.
The institute includes six sessions for lawyers who were nominated by an ACTEC Fellow and selected through a competitive application process. The program begins in February 2022 and concludes in September 2022.
