Verrill Partner and Co-Chair of Verrill’s Family Law Practice Group, Regina Hurley Named Go To Lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly

BOSTON, Massachusetts – Verrill is pleased to announce that Partner Regina Hurley has been selected by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as one of “Massachusetts Go To Lawyers for Family Law.”

Hurley was one of only 24 Massachusetts lawyers featured on the list. All lawyers ranked were nominated by their peers and chosen by a panel from Lawyers Weekly. “Massachusetts Go To Lawyers” was created in 2020 to highlight leaders in the Massachusetts legal community.

With nearly 40 years’ experience, Hurley’s practice focuses on the discrete representation of a limited number of clients with complex Family Law matters. Her clients are from Massachusetts, throughout the United States and abroad. Hurley has extensive experience with child custody, including international child custody and removal actions.

Hurley is a past Co-Chair (2019-2021) of the Family Law Committee of the ABA’s International Law Section. She is a founding member and past president of the Massachusetts Family and Probate American Inn of Court, and the co-founder of the Suffolk Early Resolution Volunteers.

Hurley received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where she was a Commonwealth Scholar, her master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science as a Rotary International Graduate Fellowship, and her law degree from Tulane Law School.
