        Verrill Partner Anya F. Endsley Graduates from The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel’s (ACTEC) New England Fellows Institute

        PORTLAND, Maine (October 17, 2022) – Verrill Partner Anya F. Endsley recently graduated from The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel’s (ACTEC) New England Fellows Institute.

        Endsley was accepted to the ACTEC’s New England Fellows Institute in the fall of 2021 as part of its inaugural class. Participants were nominated by an ACTEC Fellow and selected through a competitive application process. Taught by some of the top trust and estate experts in New England, the six-session program took an in-depth look at some 33 topics in the field.

        The New England Fellows Institute was created by ACTEC Fellows to develop the profession’s future leaders in trust and estate law through a series of in-depth educational presentations led by outstanding subject matter experts in each field from across the U.S. The ACTEC is a national organization of lawyers elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors.

        Endsley focuses her practice in all aspects of estate planning, probate administration and trust administration, and counsels clients on tax planning, charitable giving and sophisticated wealth transfer strategies. She also is skilled at planning for shared family real estate and business succession planning.
