        Verrill Partner Kevin O’Connell Named Go To Lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly

        BOSTON, Mass. – Verrill Partner Kevin O’Connell was selected by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as a “Massachusetts Go To Business Transactions Lawyer.”

        Attorneys named to this list are nominated by their peers and selected by a panel at Lawyers Weekly. Launched in 2020, Massachusetts Go To Lawyers highlights leading attorneys across the state’s legal community.

        O’Connell’s transactional practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic relationships, and a wide range of financing transactions. With more than 35 years of experience, O’Connell has negotiated and closed countless M&A and related transactions and frequently serves as outside general counsel to his clients. He advises companies across industries, including food and beverage, healthcare, technology, energy, manufacturing, and professional services.

        O’Connell has served as Partner in Charge of Verrill’s Boston office since 2017, and was Co-Chair of the firm’s Business Law Group for eight years.

        O’Connell received his law degree from Boston College Law School and his undergraduate degree from College of the Holy Cross.
