        Verrill Welcomes Associates Tom Letourneau, Jack Quinn, Hannah B. Saturley, and Mariah Tappan to the Firm

        BOSTON, Massachusetts and PORTLAND, Maine – Verrill is pleased to welcome five new associates to the firm’s Boston and Portland offices – Tom Letourneau, Jack Quinn, Hannah B. Saturley, and Mariah Tappan.

        Tom Letourneau joins the Private Clients & Fiduciary Services Group in the firm’s Portland office. Letourneau understands the human component of wealth transfer and estate planning and works with clients to structure their giving to accommodate their needs. Letourneau values a team approach and works collaboratively with colleagues and advisors to best serve his clients. Whether its tax-efficiency, charitable giving, or ensuring the camp stays in the family, Letourneau uses his research and drafting skills to find creative solutions for clients. Letourneau received his law degree from the University of Maine School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Colby College.

        Jack Quinn joins the Environment, Telecommunications, and Natural Resources Group in the firm’s Boston office. Quinn provides regulatory and compliance solutions to clients across industries to meet their unique and complex permitting, auditing, and reporting needs. Quinn’s practice focuses on guiding telecommunications and energy industry clients through the challenges of licensing and regulatory compliance on both the state and federal level to help them take advantage of growth opportunities throughout the country. He works with clients ranging from early-stage startups to large multinational corporations and is experienced in the administrative rulemaking process, conducting legal and market research, and drafting documents for filing with government agencies. Prior to law school, Quinn worked in the renewable energy industry helping expand access to solar power to underserved communities. Quinn received his law degree from Boston College Law School and his bachelor’s degree from Saint Lawrence University.

        Hannah B. Saturley joins the Employment and Labor Group in the firm’s Portland office. Saturley excels in relationship-building and problem solving to support clients through the intricacies of employment law. Saturley’s practice focuses on assisting employers in maintaining compliance with up-to-date legal obligations. With clients’ business goals in mind, she prepares carefully drafted employment agreements, policies and provides guidance on employee-related concerns. Saturley also advises employers of varying sizes on termination policy, employee relations, discrimination and federal and state leave requirements. During law school, she worked with the Office of General Counsel at Boston Children’s Hospital, where she did legal research on compliance and employer regulations and was a judicial intern for the Honorable Peter Krupp at Suffolk County Superior Court in Massachusetts. Saturley received her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law and both her master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.

        Mariah Tappan joins the Family Law Group in the firm’s Boston office. Tappan’s practice centers on divorce, child custody, removal, paternity, alimony, modification proceedings, and contempt proceedings. Tappan joined the firm in 2023 as a Summer Associate and continued to work with the firm in the Spring of 2024 before joining full-time. She is admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Tappan received her law degree from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and her bachelor’s degree the University of Delaware.
