Verrill Welcomes Attorney Sam Tincher to the Firm’s Business Law Group

BOSTON, Massachusetts – Verrill is pleased to welcome Sam Tincher to the firm’s Business Law Group as an associate, resident in the firm’s Boston office.

Tincher provides legal guidance to a diverse range of businesses throughout all stages of their life cycles. Tincher represents clients on a variety of matters such as formation matters, day-to-day operations, financing, acquisitions and sales, and divestitures.

Previously, Tincher was a corporate associate at a global law firm. Prior to law school, Tincher worked as a paralegal specialist in the Department of Justice’s Securities and Financial Fraud Unit.

Tincher received his bachelor’s degree from Berea College and his law degree from Boston College Law School.
