Verrill Welcomes Attorneys Michael O’Connor and Paloma Bagby

BOSTON, Massachusetts – Verrill is pleased to welcome two new associate attorneys, Michael O’Connor and Paloma Bagby, to the firm’s Private Clients & Fiduciary Services Group, both resident in Verrill’s Boston office.

O’Connor works with clients to achieve their estate planning goals, including assisting families with the transfer of wealth. O’Connor also provides guidance to clients during the probate process and prepares gift and estate tax returns. O’Connor received both law and master’s degrees from Boston University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Miami.

Bagby assists clients with various matters, including estate planning, tax planning, the probate process, and estate administration. Bagby’s background in taxation provides valuable insights into these areas, helping clients navigate complex legal issues. Bagby received both law and master’s degrees from Boston University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
