        Drew is a highly skilled corporate attorney with extensive expertise in M&A, complex financings, private equity, and venture capital, and trusted advisor to senior management on a wide range of corporate, commercial, legal compliance and risk management issues. He is adept at identifying and solving problems, and assembling teams that effectively resolve global, legal, administrative and management issues.

        For more than 39 years, Drew has been providing legal and business advice to private equity and venture capital funds, other investors, U.S. and non-U.S. companies and individuals. He has represented individuals and business entities in connection with business, financial and corporate law matters. In particular, he has advised clients in connection with the financing, acquisition and sale of businesses, and has acted as a general corporate and commercial advisor.

        Drew has worked with clients in a wide range of industries including construction, electronics distribution, energy & utilities, financial services and insurance, healthcare, industrial services, legal services, manufacturing, professional organizations, product distribution, restaurants, retail, retail distribution, technology, media and telecom and transportation.

        When out of the office, Drew enjoys his time with his wife and grandchildren and spending time at their lake-side camp in Maine.
