        Ben provides practical and strategic legal guidance to help clients address day-to-day challenges and long-term objectives.

        Ben is a corporate attorney in Verrill’s Business Law Group specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. Ben advises clients on matters that occur throughout a business’s life cycle, including entity selection, employment issues, joint venture transactions, outside funding, sale transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. He frequently serves as outside general counsel to businesses, working closely with business leaders to help them navigate the intricacies of corporate law and providing transactional representation that is based on each client’s specific goals.

        Prior to joining Verrill, Ben worked as an associate in the business and corporate department of a general practice firm outside of Boston where he represented emerging and established privately held businesses.

        Ben lives in Duxbury with his wife, Laura, and their daughter. Outside of the office, Ben enjoys traveling and playing basketball and golf.
