Verrill Welcomes Attorney Benjamin Shwartz to the Firm’s Business Law Group

BOSTON, Massachusetts – Verrill is pleased to welcome Benjamin Shwartz to the firm’s Business Law Group as an associate, resident in the firm’s Boston office.

Shwartz’s transactional experience includes contract review, negotiation and drafting of agreements of all types for businesses and other clients across a range of industries. Shwartz advises clients on matters that occur throughout a business’s life cycle, including entity selection, employment issues, commercial finance, and exit transactions, including joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Verrill, Shwartz was as an associate in the business and corporate department of a general practice firm outside of Boston. In this role, he represented both emerging and mature privately-held businesses.

Shwartz received his bachelor’s degree from Bates College, his Masters in Business Administration from Suffolk University Sawyer Business School, and his law degree from Suffolk University Law School.
