Brenda is a corporate paralegal with broad experience in the areas of securities, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, corporate governance, and corporate secretarial matters.
Brenda served as a corporate paralegal for Olin Corporation, a NYSE-listed manufacturing company, from 1989 to 2012. Brenda is a 1989 graduate of Hartwick College with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a 1991 graduate of the University of Bridgeport with an associate degree in legal assistant studies.
