Eleni Choephel

Eleni is an associate in Verrill’s Business Law Group, where she advises clients on a wide range of business law matters from formation to termination.

Eleni assists businesses with all types of general corporate matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, financing transactions, private placements, contract negotiations, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Prior to joining Verrill, Eleni was an associate in the Corporate Department of a Connecticut-based law firm in Greenwich where she worked on a wide range of corporate matters.

Outside of the office, Eleni enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family. She is an avid tennis fan and tries to make it to the U.S. Open every year.
