Mark McEnroe
Partner
Mark has over 30 years of experience providing legal and business counsel to clients across a wide range of industries. He has advised individuals and companies—both large and small, public and private—while working at law firms and in-house. His practice spans a broad array of corporate legal matters, including business operations, compliance, and financial transactions.
In addition to his transactional practice, Mark acts as outside general counsel to Fresh Technology, Inc., a restaurant software provider based in Nashville, and provides personal legal representation to his brother, tennis player and broadcaster, John McEnroe.
Outside of the office, Mark continues to try and maintain his tennis, and has lately taken up playing more golf, which has to date not worked out very well.
