Verrill Welcomes Kaitlyn Malkin to Firm’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group

BOSTON, Mass. – Verrill is pleased to welcome Kaitlyn Malkin as an Associate in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation group, resident in the firm’s Boston office.

As an Associate in the EBEC group, Malkin will advise employers on the variety of employee benefits matters handled by the group. Malkin will draft plan documents, conduct legal research, and provide practical guidance to support employers’ legal compliance goals.

Prior to joining Verrill, Malkin was an attorney at a consulting firm servicing sponsors of self-funded group health plans and plan service providers, where she advised clients on crafting compliant cost-effective plans and administering benefits correctly. She regularly performed legal compliance reviews of group health plans and provided recommendations to improve their compliance status. Malkin previously worked as an associate providing employment law advice to employers.

Malkin received her bachelor's degree from University of Massachusetts - Amherst, and her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law.
