Notice to Search Firms
Verrill does not accept unsolicited resumes from placement agencies unless the agency and Verrill have previously entered into a written agreement that is in effect at the time of the submission.
This policy is designed to provide clarity and certainty to placement agencies, Verrill, and our recruits, including by way of example, in situations where we have received duplicative submissions from multiple sources. Accordingly, if a placement agency submits a resume without a prior signed agreement with us, we will not be bound by that agency’s terms, or recognize any claim that may be made by that agency. If you represent a placement agency and wish to negotiate such an agreement with us, please contact our Recruiting Manager, Sarah Lacombe.
