BOSTON, Massachusetts – Verrill is pleased to announce that trusts and estates attorney Katherine E. Galloway has been elected as Partner.

An essential member of the Private Clients & Fiduciary Services Group, Galloway focuses her practice on a broad range of trusts and estates matters. Galloway creates sophisticated lifetime gifting structures and tax-efficient estate plans to transfer wealth to the next generation. In addition, she counsels clients on estate administration and settlement, charitable giving, business succession planning, and she serves as a professional trustee of family trusts.

Galloway was recently accepted into the New England Fellows Institute of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). The New England Fellows Institute was created by ACTEC Fellows to ‘develop the profession’s future leaders in trust and estate law through a series of in-depth educational presentations led by outstanding subject matter experts in each field from across the U.S.’

Galloway received her bachelor’s degree from Kenyon College and her law degree from Boston College Law School.
