The panel will feature Kaylin Kerina, State of Maine Department of Economic and Community Development, Jen Burns, Boys & Girls Club, Kate Howell, Educate Maine, Nathan Davis, Gateway Community Services, and Ayesha Hall, State of Maine Department of Education.

Don’t miss this session to learn about several community pipeline programs for students of color and how your organization can be engaged, as well as ways to address the structural systems that impact the working experiences of BIPOC in Maine.

This educational opportunity fits squarely within pillar 3 of the Chamber’s racial equity strategic plan which focuses on inclusive education pathways for BIPOC and underemployed BIPOC in our region to aid in successfully engaging them in the Greater Portland workforce.
