Michael K. Fee to Lead Verrill’s Nationally-Recognized Health Care and Life Sciences Practice Amidst Recent Changes
(August 31, 2020) – Verrill is pleased to announce Michael K. Fee as the new leader of Verrill’s nationally-recognized Health Care & Life Sciences Group. The Group has a long history of representing a broad range of providers, insurers, and other participants in the health care field. Fee joined the Group during the past year, bringing to it preeminent skills and experience as a white collar defense litigator and health care fraud and abuse advisor.
At the same time, Verrill is announcing the dissolution of a portion of its practice group focused on academic and clinical research matters. “We are naturally sorry to see colleagues in this niche field depart,” Fee commented. “But it will not impact Verrill’s longstanding and vibrant health care practice. We will continue to serve clients of all kinds who operate in the complex and highly regulated health care field.”
