Biography

Bianca focuses her practice on all aspects of complex commercial litigation, including motion practice, legal research and writing, managing complex electronic discovery and trial preparation.

As a skilled litigator, Bianca is respected by peers and clients alike for her exceptional legal insight and dedication to securing favorable outcomes for clients in complex legal disputes.

Prior to joining Verrill, Bianca practiced as a commercial litigator in New York, representing large financial institutions, companies, and individuals in a wide variety of litigation matters including contract disputes, government investigations, and white-collar defense. She also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Carol-Novey Catuogno at Bergen County Superior Court in New Jersey.

During law school, Bianca was a student attorney at the Rising for Justice litigation clinic, representing clients facing eviction proceedings in the Landlord Tenant branch of the D.C. Superior Court. She was also a litigation intern at the National Resources Defense Council and law clerk at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office.

When not in the office, Bianca enjoys traveling, cooking, fitness classes, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
