We have extensive experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of intellectual property-based agreements, including patent, trademark, copyright, software, and technology licensing agreements. We also advise our clients in connection with technology and software development agreements, software-as-a-service agreements, click-through agreements, website terms of use, website development and hosting agreements, and internet marketing and content license agreements.

Our recent experience includes representing numerous colleges and universities in negotiating favorable terms for enterprise software, as well as integration agreements associated with the implementation of the software system; representing the vendor of a software-as-a-service program that streamlines supplier payments as it deploys its solution to a multitude of clients; and representing two states acquiring state-of-the-art judicial system management software.

Our experience also includes drafting and negotiating commercial joint development agreements for technology companies, research hospitals, and life sciences companies. We also represent our clients in connection with patent and technology licensing agreements in the wind turbine, lighting, life sciences, and superconductor fields.
