Biography

Will focuses his practice on all aspects of estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration.

Will has experience creating and implementing wealth transfer strategies aimed at achieving clients’ dispositive goals in a tax-efficient manner. Will also has experience developing succession plans for closely-held businesses, advising clients regarding the management of family real estate, and counseling clients in establishing family offices.

Before joining Verrill, Will worked as an estate planning associate for a general practice law firm in Central Maine. Prior to moving to Maine, Will held the same position at an international law firm focused on domestic and international estate planning. Previously, Will clerked for two years at the United States Tax Court in Washington, DC for the Honorable Judge Richard Morrison.

Will resides in Gardiner with his wife. Originally from Maryland, Will remains a keen observer of all Baltimore-area sports teams.
